These techniques will allow you a dual awareness by attending to the hemispheric resolve, by treating the mind and body concurrently during the healing process. This integrative approach amplifies your innate ability to self-soothe, self-heal, and revive a natural self-regulation system by implementing breathing exercises, yoga poses, and meditation. 

Dr. Heather Hahn is certified in trauma informed yoga therapy and offers yoga techniques as an integrative approach to the counseling experience, if desired.
